How can I customize my order?

Choose the “Add Custom Measurements” option on the product page and enter your bust, waist, hips, length, and sleeve length (in inches).

Our team will tailor the garment to your measurements — no back and forth, just seamless personalisation.

Note: Custom pieces are made on order, prepaid, and cannot be cancelled once placed.

Can I customize only one measurement?

Yes! If you only need to adjust one part — like the bust or sleeve length — just share that specific detail in the customisation box.

The rest of the fit will follow your selected size from our standard size chart.

I’m not sure how to measure myself. Can you help?

Absolutely. We recommend referring to our size and measurement guide (located on the product page).

Are all items eligible for customisation?

Most of our pieces can be customised. However, final few styles, discounted items, or select ready-to-ship products may not be eligible.

Check the product page for a note about customisation availability before ordering.

I live outside India. Can I still place a custom order?

While we don’t offer international shipping at scale, we do handle a limited number of global orders.

What’s your return policy for custom orders?

Because your piece is made to your measurements, we’re unable to offer returns or exchanges on customised orders.
