Refund policy
At Vie, we currently do not offer refunds. However, we do provide a one-time exchange or alteration in case of sizing issues.
We offer a 14-day exchange window, which means you can request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
Customised products cannot be eligible for return or exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange:

The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it.

It must be returned with all original tags and packaging intact.

A proof of purchase or order receipt is required.

The exchange must be for an item of equal or higher value
Damages or Incorrect Items
We carefully inspect each piece before shipping, but if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
